What is Coaching?

For me, coaching is a sacred partnership between you and me working towards your authentic goal.

I will provide you a safe space for the unfolding of your inner landscape and I will show you the pathway back to your authentic self.

Coaching with me will give you space and tools to connect with your inner knowing, navigating the psychological barriers that our humanness puts up.

Your very own inner knowing that flows from your authentic self knows how to reach your goal.

You have the power already in you, I get to be that person who gets to guide you to it.

This will set you on a path that is deserving of you.

My Approach

Our Sessions will be a safe space for you;

where there will be no judgement, where you can be you just as you are,                     where your feelings will be held,     where your voice will be heard and where you will be seen.

We will look into your life patterns that are no longer serving you and work on building new ways of being that will facilitate your doing.

We will shine a light on your inner child wounds and begin the process of healing them.

We will gently peel back the psychological barriers that are locking your essence, your true self.

We will find the pathway back to your authenticity.

I will guide you to your journey of being a Conscious Parent to your own inner child so that you can lead a wholesome life and have connected relationships.

Self-care meditation journal wisdom

There is another form of Self-care that is equally important.

It is to ‘aid’ in looking after your emotional well being.

Self-care routines play an important role in helping us stay connected to our inner self.

I can offer you space-

to learn meditation, to learn various different ways to journal, to gain a deeper perspective on wisdom teachings, to learn how to feel the feelings without becoming the feelings, to develop routines that will promote soul nourishment and to go through mindful exercises together.

These things can be daunting to begin or you have tried and you feel it did not work for you.

Allow me to guide you through it and perhaps you will have a different perspective about these self-care tools after our session.

Perhaps, I can help you break the myths about these self-care procedures that are stopping you from integrating them into your life.
